How much does lead time differ per region?

For India, Pakistan and China, count on three months of production plus roughly a month at sea. European manufacturers deliver four to six weeks after sample approval. So anyone who wants to adjust within a season tends to end up with a European manufacturer.

What are the differences in MOQ per region?

There is no fixed number per country. The minimum order depends on the product, the manufacturer and the region. Small quantities are often possible, at a higher unit cost.

Can I get GOTS or Oeko-Tex certified cotton?

Certification can in principle be arranged. Where a manufacturer does not hold the certificate yet, he can apply for it on request. That can carry a cost.

How do I spread supplier risk with a China+1 or EU strategy?

Spreading works out differently per product, and with the political developments of the moment it is no longer a theoretical question. A collection that already runs across several regions has that spread built in: if one country drops out, your whole range does not stop.
